2024-25 REGISTRATION
Registration information for our next school year (2025-26) will be available here in January.
- Registration for the 2024-25 school year is in ongoing. Please contact the preschool office at 301-863-8600 or email hmcdirector@paxpres.org for more information or to schedule a tour.
- Two forms and the annual Registration Fee of $150 are required to enroll. After June 1, September tuition is also due at enrollment. Both forms below are available for print/download on the Enrollment page of this website.
- Form 1: 24-25 Registration Form/Tuition Agreement
- Form 2: Payment Authorization Form (All recurring tuition payments are ACH bank draft.)
- Additional paperwork will be provided to families in May.
- Upon first time entry to school only, each student is required to have a doctor's physical and lead screening on the Maryland Health Inventory Form. (also available on the Enrollment page of this website) It can be completed/dated by the doctor up to 12 months prior to your child's start date. This form is only completed ONCE, upon entry to school, not each year.
- A current immunization record for school must be provided.
